Re: Spare wheel Clamp Bolt
Hi its 1969, just looked at the bolt again and it does look too big. Are there two different sizes of bolt dependent on year of manufacture?
Thanks
John

Hi
Does anyone know the thread size on the spare wheel clamp bolt? Got one from online suppliers and its too big. Did they do two different sizes?

Fitting new door cards
Hi Just about to fit some new door cards and after looking at all the clips in the back of the new card I was wondering if there was an easier way to fit them? Anyone have any thoughts on using cup washers and self tappers, obviously visible, but easier to remove if you have to. Any thoughts welcome...

Clutch/brake return spring
Yesterday the clutch pedal on my 1966 2 door suddenly felt different and on checking, the return spring has gone. I have got 2 spare springs, clutch and brake, but not sure which is which. One goes on fairly easily the other will be a right pain to get on, this one is made of bigger gauge wire. (Def...

Hot diff
Hi Had the Minor now for a couple of months and well pleased with it. Went for a good run this afternoon and when we got home I had a look underneath and noticed the diff casing was warm/hot to touch. Socket set
Hi
I have just bought my first Morris.Just a very basic question all my spanners are A/F or metric do I need to get a whitworth set? I seem to remember that BSW sizes are slightly different to A/F. I dont want to round any heads!
Thanks
