No,the guy I got the car from welded a new floor in from undernerath, he actually tipped the car onto it's side and rebuilt from the sills to the centre .The old floor is actually inside the car.

I am going to paint the inner floor area of my minor.What is the best paint to use for this.It has been toatally rebuilt over the top of the old floor.

Does anyone have any good, straight forward, step by step info on spraying , from prep through to the finished job.I am going to respray one of my moggies over this winter and as a novice would like to know the best way to do it.

Took pump off today, cleaned it up, cleaned the points , blew the crap from the filter and the inside, refitted, started straight away and ran like a dream.

It has clap hands wipers and screw in regulator box.
The number plates are missing (the farm was a right mess !)

I have just inherited another mog.
The problem is, I don't know the age !
It has been lying in an old farm for several years and is an abandoned project.It has a pull start and a spoked steering wheel.I think it could be a 61 or 62 Moggie 1000.

Just bought a 61 Minor 1000 and it fired up fine but after a few seconds stalled.After knocking the fuel pump a little it started again after this allowed a little fuel through to the carb and died again.Does anyone have a pump for sale ?

Sorted my red light problem.Bought and fitted a new regulator box from ESM.Light went off on starting.Old box looked as clean as a whistle but it obviously was faulty.

My red light is on all the time as well.I have reconditioned , tested and fitted another dynamo , tried another regulator box , checked and double checked all connections and still the f-----g light comes on.Does anyone have any idea what it could be ?

The light has started to flicker again.I checked the switch and found that there was oil on it.I wiped the oil off, and the light went off.Could the oil be coming from the switch, and if so would I be better off renewing it ?
