Can anybody help! I've just renewed all the rear brake components on one side of my 1969 Minor ( I intend to do the other side soon). The handbrake cable seems to operate OK and I've adjusted the brakes using the adjuster as you've described and also tried tightening the cable using the adjustment nuts at the handbrake and the wheel still doesn't lock, so that's why I suspect something fishy about th...
