I think that says alot above. Now in all my years of restoring vehicles of ALL types and going to shows for ALL types of vehicles I must say that as far as Heralds/Vitesse and to some extent Spitfire/GT6, why has it only been 5% of them have a body that lines up with everything? Im sure your aware o...

It would be a bit more as a Pinto weighs in at 150kg and the SBF comes in at 210kg. Its not a huge amount but most people think they are really heavy. OK the 429 comes in at just over 300kg!!! LOL A SBF is a more than do-able conversion for a lot of cars due to the overall size and not over doing th...

It was really nice, it ended up having a complete hidden roll cage put in. They did a very nice job of it too.

Its not a company, its a friend. He used to be a mechanic in F1 back in the 60s/70s. He said those numbers where at the fly so would be a little lower in the car but thats fine with me.

The factory brakes work REALLY well when properly adjusted. Anyone who says they are rubbish doesnt know what they are doing. The engine in the first one is a 1098 which works well with the smooth case box but you also have to swap the half shafts and diff to the midget ones. You will also have to d...

The engine is at the shop being built at the moment and my friend is making a rear disc set up for me. Well I actually have 2 of them. The other one is in a 1000 bits as ive been modifying the front ...

Mine has a terrible wire feed, even after changing the liner it still happens. Trying to save for a decent machine but other stuff keeps getting in the way!!!

If it helps I always find I have to keep the liner at full stretch when using it, keeps the wire feed problems to a minimum.

I have used POR15 for years. Its in/on my Shelby, its the best around in my humble opinion. You can get it from FROSTS or HOLDENS. I sudgest the 6-Pack because if you buy the big tins, when you dont use it all and try and seal the tin back up (cling film helps) it always ends up going off. The whole...

it was in very good condition just thin paint. I spent 12 hours fixing prepping and paint. Considering its only a blow over and he parted with £100 he is happy and the mog looks better for a few years.
