I went and it was a totally awesome day out!! Loads to see not a cheap day but well worth the cost.
It would be good for the club's profile to be involved with this event next year.

Have a look on the bulk head left hand side of the battery about 10-15 cm up from the cross member that the battery sits on. Thats where home models are stamped.

Just be careful that the head of the bolt or the nuts don't rub, catch or snag/tare the hood! The rivets are smooth and don't stick out proud of the frame.

I have put Pertronix in most classic cars ive owned. Never had one problem or ever had to touch them after install. Congrats on making a wise choice. I fitted the Aldon Ignitor type of electronic ignition I find it amazing the advance spark at high RPM in spot on (unlike ur fuddy duddy points) and after fitting it when I was setting the timing with the starting handle the can was firing up without trying!!!
