rear seat belts
hi looking to fit rear belts in my 4 door,been looking at securon site and they recommend the 254 for this car but i thought i read a while ago that it was a bit short, has anyone fitted this belt? if so how is the length or alternativly what would be a better alternative

just fitted my head and tourqued down to 40 ftlb as per haynes instructions, i,ve read on here about retorquing after the first heat cycle, ik take it thats after initial start up, warm up then when cool check torqueagain with wrench set at 40. sorry if this seems a daft question but wanted to check...

what parts do i need and do i then leave out the rubber bands?

timing chain tensioner
just recieved my timing chain replacment kit from esm and in it is 2 rubber ring tensioners,
theres nothing like this fitted currently, can anyone explain how these go please?

thanks for the replys, i am rebuiling mainly because the big ends are knocking quite badly , other than that it seems ok ,no smoke, minimal oil consumption, i would kike to do a complete job as opposed to just the bigends so as to be though,. we have an excelant machine shop here ( hamlins, bridgwat...
