Managed to shift the car and access the right-hand rear adjuster. It seemed to be turned clockwise as far as it would go. Don't know how that could have happened? Is the left in your photo the rear of the car?

This may sound silly. My rear brakes are dragging so badly I cannot move the car without the engine suddenly. And then it's a real pain repeatedly jacking up the car and removing a wheel, trying to see the adjuster through the hole. Please help me find it.. a photo with drum off would be best. PXL_2...

Replaced the sender with a new one and the temperature gauge is now working again. No changes to the wiring needed. So that old sender I bought new just a few months ago, failed quickly and after only modest use. Poor. The new sender looks identical, so I'll see how long it lasts. . PXL_20260830_101...

Thanks myoldjalopy, the gloves box liner is out already. And so is ... the Speedo! A bit of wd40, brute finger force and it popped out.
