Its a Google link - adverts get put wherever Google decides is appropriate. Looks fairly accurate to me so far. I'll find it for you.

As I'm not on the committee I can't really comment on the meetings. I don't see any need to change the terms and conditions. I have no idea what's causing the problem. (or the Invalid session problem mentioned elsewhere- that happened to me too). Unlikely to be anything to do with the ads - they're put on after the BBS software has finished. I'll keep looking

Re reading the posts, a lot of the criticism seems to be for the right sidebar. I know ads seem to be unpopular generally, but would placing them somewhere else on the page help? perhaps at the foot of the page, or in the left bar?

I may try moving them around a bit over thnext week or so

OK fixed for now. Its a problem with pruning topics with no repliesin a certain period of time. There seem to be too many topics / posts for this to cope, so I've switched off pruning.
It seems to do the prune every time we try to access the forum, so I'll look at changing it some time........

Update - ordinary users can get in - seems to be just us.... still looking
