hi Stephen yes i do like the two tone interior better, as i say it just gives it more of a wow feeling, i have the original steering wheel, but again i like the look of the banjo type wheel. the hole is where there was a light switch, as it had aftermarket cibie lights on the front, so i deleted the...

well i have only got to fit some seat belts , and give it a good clean, looking for a biscuit coloured set, if anybody knows the best place to buy them, or even if they are looking to sell a set, will have to make a new hole in the tunnel, as this was also replaced in the body work phase, but really...

wiper boxes !!!! i am told there should be a spacer on the inside of the car body, which goes on top of the wiper boxes, before it goes through the body, i guess to keep the correct angle for the blades to wipe, i am looking for a set of these spacers ?, does anybody know of a source or has a pair t...

sorry to jump in on this thread, but you have a picture of a black plastic internal piece, on top of the wiper boxes, which goes inside the car, i guess to keep the angle correct for the outer bezel, do you know if these are available to buy ?

hello All

i wonder if any body can tell me the screw sizes i need to put the glove box, and the matching part on the other side of the dash? , just coming to do this in the next week or so, but i have lost/mislaid the screws ?

yes thats the item, number 17, i have gone with the draught excluder option, i dont have any on one bar, and the other one i have abot 3 inches left on it, it feels like a hard cord material, glued into the channel, so i wasnt really suure what it was, and yes i guess its to stop the window rattling...

interior door locking bar

hello

on the minor, there is a bar that goes from the interior door lock to the handle, and this scrapes on the window, there is a thin cord type material on it, which makes contact with the window, i guess acts as a scraper, i have one missing from one of the bars, what is it, and can i buy it ?,

its been over 5 years since i stripped the car, apart, and couldnt for the life of me remember those channels, its only now when i am putting it back, did i look at them, and wonder what they were for, but thanks for all the info on them

if you go to the restoration site, my car is on there: restoration of 1968 minor convertible, and the first picture, in the top left of the photo, you can see a channel, it goes half way up on both sides ?
