Has anyone had problems with esm rear window rubber, I know how to fit glass and know it fits from inside and I know to use wire etc to pull along to fit ,however seems to me the rubber is not correct, mine is a 61 so big window,

All fitted already feel the difference

So mine is a 61 but fitted at the time with a later 1098, the rear diff was 4.55 can send pic to confirm, speed was off GPS, my passenger lets say is a big man. Tyresare 155x14 .
I'm not a number cruncher but thought this would give people a real time idea.
The car is now 1275 with a 5 speed box .

Here is what we did with 1098
Now have 5 speed type 9 60mph = 2600rpm all speeds taken off GPS not speedometer

Hi so just fitted one, believe it's ex dave manners /esm . All quite simple , came with a modified shorter handbrake, I don't find the gearstick a problem tbh full length box, clutch is a mechanical one using original mechanism, hydraulic would be a better option, the gearbox crossmember is not so g...
