When I had my engine out last, I wanted to replace the oil pump cover, so ordered one but it was bigger any ideas why .

I am fitting some protech front shocks as I don't like spax which is supplied with most kits, is there anywhere that just sells the plates without shocks??
Also a question for the techs do I just remove oil from, lever arms or is there something else I need to remove.

Has anyone had problems with esm rear window rubber, I know how to fit glass and know it fits from inside and I know to use wire etc to pull along to fit ,however seems to me the rubber is not correct, mine is a 61 so big window,

All fitted already feel the difference

So mine is a 61 but fitted at the time with a later 1098, the rear diff was 4.55 can send pic to confirm, speed was off GPS, my passenger lets say is a big man. Tyresare 155x14 .
I'm not a number cruncher but thought this would give people a real time idea.
The car is now 1275 with a 5 speed box .

Here is what we did with 1098
Now have 5 speed type 9 60mph = 2600rpm all speeds taken off GPS not speedometer
