From your pic isn't the relief as explained by olonas in the wrong orientation ?

Why would you fit a different carb to original manifold?
The original is perfectly OK in its application, are you having problems with it?

If its the spindle wear from you other post, have you thought of bushing it?

Have you removed the door cards and checked nothing loose in the rear doors.
