Re: Door Assembly
Thanks for your reply. It was me that stripped it down many years ago. A long string of medical issues has meant the project has stalled. I’m hoping to find a way of getting it going again. One of the problems is the car is in a garage that’s a bit too narrow to work on the doors, and I struggle ben...

Door Assembly
The front doors on my 54 Series 2 have been stripped down to component parts. Everything except the winder mechanism having been removed. Due to lack of space round the car, and my own restricted mobility I think it best to reassemble the doors, THEN get my son to help refit to the car. Can anyone a...

Re: Window regulator
Thank you. One of my problems is where do the the two wheels on the regulator arm go? I can’t figure it out.

Window regulator
I’m trying to reassemble the window winder on my 1953 series 2. When I bought it the channels that hold the glass were missing. The glass just rests on the two small wheels on the regulator, falling off and dropping inside the door at will. I’ve know acquired the U shape channels and bits of rubber....

Quarterlight studs
I’ve seen lots of advice to take care not to snap off the two fiddly studs under the quarterlight when undoing them. What’s the best course of action when I’ve failed and broken them off?
