Quick Heritage certificate 'Q'

I have just received my Heritage certificate and under specification, it reads:
RHD Export, De-Luxe.
The question is does this mean my car was supposed to be exported?
On the other hand, is this a standard mark and all cars are marked like this? :D

Sorry I don't know owt about beards :o . However back to the original posting the Morris minor in the photo is ace I like it a lot and in addition I think its better to customise a moggy than let one rust and rot away. I like Morris minors in whatever form they take. If we were, all the same life wo...

Need tips for protecting & fitting new old stock inner w

Hi I have just purchased some new old stock front inner wings that have some surface rust. What I would like to know is the best way to protect them before and after fitting/welding them. Are they any good joint sealers to put between the joint and something better that just under seal? Also are the...

Hi I too have done this research and found exactly the same as you Ray but what has not been mentioned is if any of the wheels of the car being towed are in contact with the road the car has got to have a valid tax disc and insurance. The tow car does not cover this. The only way to tow an untaxed a...

Sorry to disagree  But I fit a servo to my moggy and it has improved the braking immensely.

I think it was well worth the effort. GO FOR IT :D

Hi

When I fit my servo it came with a plug to screw into the banjo fitting as Collin has said.

I would try contacting whoever you bought it from and ask if it should have one with the kit.

I just drilled and taped the manifold for the new fitting. Best to remove the manifold and give it a good clean befor putting it back so no particles get taken into the engine.

Hope this helps :

Well, I’ve just tried putting the de-scaler in the engine. I used the one that washing machines live longer with. I ran it up to temperature and added the maximum amount stated for washing machines. (Pre mixed in hot water first) I let the water pump pump it round for a minute or two, then stopped t...

:-? Cheers Willie Yes, every thing is standard as was on the old engine. I was wondering if some kind of rad flushing chemical might do the trick? IV not had any experience of them. On the other hand, is it just a case of taking the head off and cleaning what I can and try again? I have flushed engi...

Over Heating. Thats the engine not me

:-? Hi all I have a problem with a slight over heating engine. The engine was an emergency replacement after my old 1098 gave in just before the last Barnsley jogle. The donor engine was an unknown quantity but did the joggle with no problems. Except it ran at a temperature of 90 not 80 as I think i...
