I have recently fitted an unleaded head to my 1098cc. Can anyone tell me the optimum timing using standard unleaded? Thank so much.

I had thought this but it still moves a fair bit - I guess I could try hitting the spanner with a hammer!

I've just changed my timing chain and I'm left wondering how I tighten the crankshaft pulley retaining nut to 70lb/ft as per the Haynes manual without the crankshaft turning. Any ideas?
