Re: Brake adjustment
Don't know, but would have expected a deep groove. However I have riveted a 3mm piece of steel onto the underside of the adjusters, which seems to have sorted it for now, and I will try to identify the problem for the future.

Re: Brake adjustment
Not sure that they did, the shoes had very little wear, only changed them because of fluid leaked onto them. I'll check the sizes again.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Brake adjustment
Hi All
Just fitted new front brake shoes and cylinders, but with the adjuster screwed right up the shoes don't touch the drums. Is this down to worn brake adjusters?

Re: Trunnion Pin
I have lined the old and new together, and there is an obvious difference , the hole for the pin on the new is about 3mm higher.

Re: Trunnion Pin
I have managed to get the pin through, but it only turns a quarter turn, it seems to be fouling the thread. It comes to a stop when all the way on and a stop when it hits the thread when backed off a quarter turn.

Trunnion Pin
Hi All
I'm new to the forum, and Moggies, hope someone can help.
I've just screwed the bottom trunnion onto the king pin, and the horizontal pin won't pass the king pin, Is this an inaccuracy in the product or am I doing something stupid,
