I am following the Haynes manual but was wondering if I need to remove the clutch/brake pedal assembly or whether the job can be done without that? I'm struggling to get the clutch pedal off and thought the job looke...

Traveller Boxing Plate Extension / Arch flange
Can anyone please provide images of the area around the boxing plate extension and rear arch flange as mine was completely rotted away. Just want to see the layout and where I'm going to weld. Thanks in anticipation.

Re: Traveller aluminium side panel fitment
Thanks for your response. Sounds like it'll be easier just to drill my own holes through the flange to align with the panel. The torment is nearly over...never again!

Traveller aluminium side panel fitment

When I dismantled the original items, the aluminium panels were sandwiched between the flange and the wood and secured with screws from the flange, through t...

Floor Panels
I've got a full underside/floor to replace on one Traveller and a partial on another. I've been trying to locate the individual repair panels that I will need - especially around the forward spring hanger/wheel arch area. Having spoken to ESM they don't appear to have a 'map' of these and the panel ...

Re: Where do I start?
Just wondering if you'd managed to finish the floor replacement?
I'm in a similar situation now regarding a full floor refit so would be good if you/someone could provide an 'Idiot's Guide'!
Thanks in anticipation
