I agree the old girl has a new leese of life since i put 145X14 's on here, in fact she become a bit of a naughty girl being told off by PC plod for overtaking him n a rounderbout, not my fault honest guv, she just insisted!

sorted twas timming, carbs, roter arm, point etc etc , perhaps tuning the car would of been a better execrise to do before i asked for help ! DOHH

Aye, done it before (years ago), but as i dont own any tools, could be difficult thats why i looked at the garage route. To be honest if i had the use of a garage and the tools id do it in a day and enjoy it.

Dam good these bonnet locks ! unless like me you forgot to reconnect the bonnet relese and then closed the bonnet !!! DOHH
