Cam - With ours we changed one wheel box and the other one started having the sweep problem. The replacement was slightly different from the original, it was a few mm wider. All seems to be working ok, no slipping etc. I can't see the 'new' box affecting the drive though - what do you/does anyone el...

We had the same problem recently when we had to change one of the wiper boxes. Apparently the system isn't terribly good and therefore if you change anything you can easily end up with only a partial sweep. Haven't found a way to fix it yet ...

Have you tried Adrian Flux? They insured our Moggy for less than £200 with unlimited mileage (including business mileage), also insure modified cars, and they saved us a fair bit insuring our performance car as well! No, I don't work for them
