Hello
is there any way such as by engine number that you can tell if an engine is a 1098?
Nothing in haynes workshop or restoration manuals
My search in here for engine numbers came up with over 3000 results!

Dear All Have one of the above in our car. Been like that since we got it and I have checked connections etc. Recent problem with other cars gauge not going over halfway (when it should have hit top) has made me renew efforts to get it working.
