I have recently replaced all sills and floor pans on a traveller and i never fitted the extra strength panel mainly because I never knew about it until it was to late. But I am no atall worried about it not being there as it's far stronger now than it was when it was still on the road with the many ...

Thanks David, I am trying not to over lap any metal when putting in patches everything is butt welded unless where is plug welded seams etc.DAVIDMCCULLOUGH wrote:Super job, very neat work!

And there was me telling Greendefender that I wasn't sure it was a good idea to roll a Traveller without its wood.... Think he's got his answer here! I am also restoring my first Morris. Seems to be great simple cars to work on and there is so many parts readily available. Good luck With the project and look forward to seeing your progress.

Ok Thankyou for that. Yes the picture is a lot better thanks for rotating it. I will have a go on the laptop later it is a Windows I have. I will manage to do it I was just doing it on my phone for easyiness.
