It was a loose connection that I had caused when fitting a new light switch, due to the mix of original wiring and the bodges required as part of the new engine installation it was a bit of a mess in there.

Many thanks, I'll have another look, however the wiring is not strictly as it left the factory so there is additional bits and parts that have been removed due to the conversion.

Given up! Auto electrician out on Friday, I'll update once fixed.

PS everything else is working perfectly.
