Thanks Philthehill ok i will check all those tomorrow, in the mean time i have taken the top off jiggled the arm and needle a bit and refitted, now there just seems to be little fuel coming from the join between the cap and the sides, the float seemed to sit low in the fuel so maybe its a duffer. wi...

Leaking fuel at carb.
Help. I was tinkering today and fuel started coming out if the top of this reservoir thing that feeds the carb. I tightened the nut thing in the top a bit but it still flows from the nut area. It's not the feed pipe. Not really sure what to, should / can I get a replacement one? Can't see how the fu...

Hi George thanks for the welcome. It has had very little use probably only a handful of miles in the last 6 months, the new exhaust was fitted about 6 months ago. It did not smell like burnt oil which is why I asked. Any thoughts on the breather hose? I will probably just get one and fit it and see ...
