Evening All
Check the centre bulb connection. my side light failed until I changed the light unit, the original was corroded on the centre bulb, the brass strip and the terminal fibre disc stuck in the tube.

Evening All Being short I cannot look out from the near side wing mirror as the N/S wiper is blocking my view. I have a 1098 Morris and have to change that dreaded bypass hose due to it leaking, I will be removing the rad,
Has any fellow Moggie owners found any good tips or ideas on how to do this tricky job, someone suggested removing the water pump. Thanks

Evening All Thanks for all the replies to my problem, on looking thro E.S.M. spares there is blue silicone pipes, would this be easier to fit. When I removed the door lock to change it, I was surprised that there is no seal on the lock to stop the water running down the inside of the door. Is it missing or never been one there, so can I put a smear of silicone around the lock.

Use a clamp with 2 bolts I had a lot of trouble fitting my exhaust pipe with a single bolt clamp.

My recently acquired 1971 Morris has rusty rear springs, so can I oil them or do they have rubber inserts which require silicone spray as used for the springs rubber bushes.
