I've yet to delv into the world of brakes yet...

I tried to adjust them the other day, but it felt as if the adjustment screws were seized.

Any tips on brake-shoe adjustment?

The one with the larger gearknob looks to be off an Austin?
Our original and factory spec car is the smaller Bakelite type! It is also a straight rod.
