Thanks....email sent to them asking what measurements they need to get the right spacers.

They are not massively oversized....when tightened down fully they would probably need 3/4 to an inch of spacer. Whats 'too' much..?

The carb is the same wil check the rotar arm. Put a new rotar arm and cleaned up the contact/points.

The front panel has just about enough room for the two gauges below and to either side of the speedo but would like to get a replacement so I can keep the original.

Will check out the heater.

Hi all, I've been busy down the scrappy stripping a mini for useful bits. Had the cylinder head complete with the temperature sender and gauge, also grabbed the oil pressure gauge. Does the A series engine in a 1967 morris have the hole to accept the oil presure gauge..? I also have an old type CAV ...

All swapped over now. Both seats seem to be in a fairly similar way. My sister has recently completed a furniture restoration course and they did a lot of 'seat stuffing' might see if see can put some extra stuff in them.

think I'll go for the non weld one so I can remove it when I sell it if required.

Any opinions on the various servo kits..? Its to go on the existing drum brakes so nothing too 'hard' dont want to jam them open!

So that adjustable seat is meant to be on the drivers side....? The adjustment bar would then be next to the transmission duct..I guess there must be enough room if its supossed to be there.

Will give it a blast tomorrow.

Hi all,

As soon as I switch on the ignition there is a series of repeating clicks that start off repeating quickly and then die off to an occassional click. I am presumming that this is the coil...is it indicative of a coil gone 'bad' or someother problem that is going to occur soon...?
