In my Henrietta (1970, 2 door saloon) the srew heads are Flat Blade and not Philips style (I have never changed them so I presumed them to be original). If you have trouble locating the srew head, try a flat blade, just in case.

Hi and thanks for looking. I am about to fit a new set of tailored mats Morris 1000 mats to Henrietta. I will need to look out for the can of Crackle Paint, I think. Its quite bad.

Tnx for the tip as I have not heard of crackle paint so now I know what to look for. Also, my wife is a dab-hand with a little paint brush for the white bits so I should be OK.

Thanks for looking. Does anyone have any tips on how to clean up an internal heater unit for the Minor 1000. Both the front plate and the plastic side pieces. I am a bit loathed to start attacking it, especially the front plate, for fear of terminal damage. Henrietta has been out in Cyprus with us f...
