Never had brake lockup in all the years I can remember, including those when we carried heavier loads than the van was designed for, and those years since we changed the front brakes to Wolseley...

As above, but if you don't have one handy, PTFE tape run two or three times around the plug thread will hold it oil-tight indefinitely until you can fit the correct item
