ng Guys Thanks for the responses so far. It seems the steady wire is not the cause but won't be helping. That's the one, don't throw away the old one since its quite possible it can be repaired to just as good as new with a new diaphraghm and points (or basically a repair kit). The original pumps are perfectly fine. If your pump is clicking with no fuel flow (filter already checked) its the diaphragm....
