Re: contents of original toolkit

Only 1 tyre lever. I would have thought a pair to be more useful.

Cos he's got everything else in there :D . If you look close at the photos I sent you Steve, just above the small white table, you will see he has a full set of spanners on 2 magnetic rails.

Interesting Traveller at Pickering Steam Rally 2009

While on a day out at Pickering Steam Rally on Thursday I saw this Traveller. Very interesting, the driver would be able to do most jobs with tools he had on board http://i159.photobucket.com/albums/t129/wanderinstar/MinorwitheverythingPickering2009.jpg The rear is just as interesting. http://i159.p...

Ah but did you check behind the trim I have known rear screens to leak and run down behind the trim so there is not an obvious leak, but if you remove the trim and you should see a stain left by the water in the dust. That was where mine leaked. I kept mopping it up and baling out before i realised...

Err, Ray. I hope you made a typing error there. The bonnet has already gone. It is the bootlid and front panel I have earmarked for you. Would you like some of the mesh. It is blue in colour and should go well with a Trafalgar Blue car.
Ian.

Hi "togin",
I got them from JLH. They normally come in 2 pieces but at the time Jonathon didn't have the small bits that fitted next to the grill. So I just took the pieces you see here.

Haha, you had your chance. :D
You say add to your bits (plural). I have only got you down for boot lid. Have I missed something off?
Ian.

Something else I have is some expanded mesh that I was going to fit to this grille in place of 5 bar grille. If your interested?

FOR SALE Modified Frontpanel.

I was going to remove front bumper on my car. So got hold of a spare frontpanel and welded up the bumper mount holes. I also got hold of some extension pieces for the bottom of the wings. They need an extra piece to fill in next to front panel. £35 inc wing extensions. <br> http://mmoc.org.uk/mbimag...

You would be an ideal person to run this register Jonathan, providing you have the time, which I presume you have. I mean everyone knows you are JLH so whats the problem.
