Where could I get a decent winter cover for my 2 door?..I dont plan on using it much during the winter...but what rust prevention could I use for the chrome?[frame][/frame]

Hope so.I'd keep the newer one and give the older one to my dad, just to keep it in the family. I've also now got a tracker in the newer one and a (very sensitive) alarmed padlock and thick cable wrapped around the steering wheel and seat.

My moggy was stolen in gunnersbury park near ealing in march.I got a phone call today from the police telling my they found my car abandoned near the park it was stolen from.Its completely undamaged although dirty and the chrome is rusty.the insurance company officially owne it now and I have brough...

I had a Black 1967 saloon stolen also in march in the Ealing area.I called local taxi firms asking their drivers to keep a look out and even offerd a reward on the local radio.Unfortunately I never got it recovered.I did, however, manage to find and buy a simular one with the insurance money.

It's too thick paint apparently. My fiancee has just told me she knew about it when she brought the car.wish she had told me sooner!.

yeah...ive had it seen to today. Turns out its a rubbish paint job and its just a case of rubbing it down and a respray over the affected area.the rear wing is not too bad at the moment,but I can see all the work needed is going to cost me a fortune.

runs along the mould line...or bump line..erm..wing line...cant think what its called.ive not got a working camera at the moment so I cant take a photo.

it runs half way to the bottom.the same it starting to happen on the rear wings.is it expensive to get doors re-sprayed?

paint cracking on door
went to get in my moggy just now and noticed a big crack(about 30 cms long)on the door paint that was not there in the morning. Any ideas what this could be?

Yeah at the moment ive not got any choice, im in the army and rarely get any time to restore it myself and ive not got acess to anywhere I can work on it myself.so its Chertsey minors garage until I get a house with a garage in the distant future.
