hi can anyone tell me what size the carb size for a series 2 and where is the best place get an after market air filter that will fit please many thanks

We had it ticking over and it ran ok, we checked firing order and set tappits etc but we think fuel is off so we will be refuelling it so everything should be ok, cheers

Thanks for the reply to my questions i will go over everything and double check, engine was rebuilt and everything check as it was being done, i have had a few emails so thanks to everyone and i shall let you no how I get on after the weekend, any more ideas please send them cheers everyone

Yeh we got the timing sorted, but will double check it thanks does the vacuum on the dizzy have to be working correctly? Pipe to carb is not very good! Cheers

Hi I have bought a 1955 series 2 and rebuilt the engine but since putting it back in the car it won't start!! We have checked all the usual stuff, plugs fuel points etc i am sure its something simple that i have missed does anyone have any ideas please? Cheers andy
