Thanks. I've seen the repair videos for the 2 doors or front doors but have never seen anything for a rear door. The inner repair panel is quite different. Has anyone done this repair as I have extensive corrosion at the bottom of both my rear doors and am looking at using both inner and outer repair panels. Any guidance would be very helpful!

I am particularly interested in the order of approaching the repair

You can replace with 3mm millboard from Woolies when the door cards swell. Alternatively use very thin mdf but I find that too fragile.

welshrat - yes all rims are 14"

Thanks for the replies. If I can i'd prefer to stick with the stud wheels (not that I've seen any come up for sale) and work around it with the brakes.
