I thought I'd post as I've seen 4 minors around Pershore this afternoon, not including my own.

A pickup, a green 2 door in Defford, a saloon in Pershore motors, and an earlyish saloon belonging to a mole man!

Anyone on here? An impressive show, I thought!

Ok, I'll go and read up on what exactly "having the ignition on" means.

You're supposed to have the ign. on - how would you ever start it otherwise? I thought that myself! But with the ignition on the fuel pump is glugging away, the dash lights are on etc etc - surely it would be harder to start if I was using the handle because the battery was completely flat? Or not?...

I've just got my first minor and I've been enjoying demonstrating the handle start to family and friends. It starts really easily when I've got the ignition on but I suppose that's cheating?
