Thanks for letting me know, the 803 starts off the button but i have a feeling the water pump is on its way out, i took out the thermostat to see if the circulation was any better but even with the heater valve open the water only trickles out of it when i remove the pipe when the engine is running ...

I have an 1954 minor i think it has the 803 engine, i have been offered a 948 my question is would this engine fit and would it pick up with the existing gearbox
