Hi guys and gals. Kind of hard to explain but I am pretty sure there should be wood fillets between the rear post and the steelwork which it bolts onto on the chasis etc. Specifically the rar corner floor to pillar bracket. Should these fillets be plywood? What thickness? Should it be treated? Any i...

Cylinder Head Gasket - Which way up?

I'm about to reassemble the Moggy (Jody) but the cylinder head gasket does not have "TOP" on either side. One side is copper and the other is a black material (plastic???) wi[th the copper showing through where the "fluid" holes are. Which side should be up mating with the head. ...
