Does anyone live near Redruth Cornwall who can help me with the bodywork? Would love it if you could take it away and sort my bodywork out and paint it would pay of course. I just can't seen to do it.

Thanks for all the help. Sanding down affected areas with 120grit sandpaper, cleaning with thinners and re etchin the bare metal.think I have a few boring nights ahead of me just hope I am doing it right now and it works then the effort wil be worth it.

Yes I used nitromors but the engine bay was done about 2 years ago, would time make a difference? I think I only cleaned down with white spirit before I etch primed. Do you think this is my problem? What should I do?

I think so. I how clean do I need to be? I went to bare metal used kurust then etch primed it. What do you think I should do now? Was thinking of sanding around the spots that lifted degrease more kurust, degrease, a spot of etch and fill it out with knifing putty then try again.i am a total amateur...

I have started to high build prime my engine bay and for some reason the primer is lifting off taking the etch primer with it, please help I am pulling out my hair with frustration. It's only little bits here and there! Any help welcome please, Adrian
