, i work in an engine reconditioning company so i see a fair fiew scoobys, and knowing alec issigonis originally designed the minor with a flat four , i was wondering if anybody has tryed to shoehorn a subaru in ? ,

haha , my grandfather has had one since 1980 , and im restoring a armstrong siddeley, they arent exactly practical everyday cars ,like the minor is

i've never heard one without the rattle, does it actually make the difference ?.. it really bugs me, being used to Rolls Royce kinda noise levels n what not .I understand that a series aren't that oil tight when it comes to crank seals, thus making a belt a terrible idea, but , it would hold timing ...
