I just made a set for my Mini, and now I am making a set for the Morris. Rears will be done by Monday or so, then front's a week later. I did no band them, I bought new hoops/shells for the Mini. I took Midget wheels and cut the centers out then bought the hoops and tigged them in. Went from a 13x4 ...
