hi all Not sure how the gear stick should feel in a moggy as I have only driven mine, but I have trouble finding third gear and keep grinding gear selecting the wrong point. the clutch is fine, the stick doesn't flick back to the centre when put into neutral and is just floppy and I have to pull the...

it's just all moves around when tightening up, the eyebolt twists (however tight I had it ). Wedging it with wood on the torsion bar and eyebolt seperately into position might stop any travel under the tension. Have changed the torsion bar though and have read they getting "Handed" presumi...

I've recently replaced all my suspension bushes for poly ones and managed to damage the fulcrum pin at the end of the torsion bar. I then replaced the pin and set about putting the lot together again. But I am having alot of difficulty lining up the end of the torsion bar with the hollow washer thst...

Well, I have had my fair share of disasters so far, but no more on the engine (bar a broken oil pressure gauge, but don't count that as a real disaster) thank the heavens!

Forgive me, but I am new to cars and learning through the manuals. But i have removed the pushrods without noting their order (cardinaal sin I know) realised the error of my ways immediately but it was to late, wondered if there was anything i can do to salvage this situation? its a 948cc engine 195...
