none of the above has worked, i have to look at the steering wheel removal, sliprings maybe, what do i have to do, any ideas?

it could be something to do with slipring on the column a little bird told me, once i have removed the steering wheel what am i looking for

Horn on permantley
the horn sounds permantley, i understand that the live feed in there always but even if i remove the horn push assembley and leave the single cable poking through without the end nipple touching earth, the horn will sound, i have now disconnected it, any ideas please
