Hi there is definatly a higher content of ethnol in the fuel today and it's only going to get worse. I work for a Motorcycle dealer in Brum. I'm pretty happy doing the primer myself as i know the stuff i'm using is compatable with the other paints that's going to be used.

Well the car's off to the shot blasteres the begining of next week. I've got an etch primer which has zinc phosphate that i'm going to use to coat the bare metal but i was wondering whats the best thing to put on the more rust damaged area's, like around the window seems etc before the etch primer g...

Well managed to do it, got it over with two of us as it's not that heavy and plenty of tyres and pillows. The underneath is all cleaned off and didn't find to many horrors there :-) The cross member ends are a bit rough but the main bit is sound. I want to get it Soda blasted and there's a couple of...
