So, i recently moved to America, is there anyone oin the the upstate New york area? I saw to mogs at a car show yesterday, one was from Canada, but the other im not sure. Surely im not the only one here?

A Mini one will likely be too short - but is otherwise identical - so you can try it. Alternative is the inner cable from a bicycle brake cable. Always carry a spare throttle cable ! its actually a gear cable from a bike, brake and gear cables have different ends, the brake one has a bigger end and...

ok so to keep it short, ive got a 55 mog with 1098 running gear, i want it to look standard ish on the inside, right now i know you can put the long gearstick on a 948 gearbox by taking off the remote selector, but my question is can i do the same to the 1098 gearbox, i have the gearstick and origin...

As above - I'm guessing you have too low section tyres fitted. Lowering the suspension is a big mistake on a road car - with potholes and speed bumps to be negotiated. You will just damage the bodyshell, to little advantage with the handling, and terrible ride comfort. A person always has a reason ...

1.5" all round aswell, but the front will be going down some more on the the vernier plates just as soon as i break out the grinder as a previous owner has welder them in place grrrr

the rears are 195/70/14 but could probably do with being 185s as they rub a tad even with rolled arches. the fronts are 155/80/14. and yup its lowered, but the fronts gonna come down a smidge more when i get the chance to do it
