Squeek of Doom!

Just finished doing and uber service and a general tidy of my Boris the night before last, but she's now developed a squeek. Not directly linked to any of the servicing as far a I an see either. It is from the engine itself, rather than the clutch, box or diff, etc.. due to it being in time with the...

Cheers, so the bull Motif website as well as the classic colour pamflets can now be noted as wrong as they state 1970 as introduction.

Blimey, I'd better sort my sig pic out again, I didn't think I had gone for that long!

RE: Blue Exhaust smoke

I've noticed that whenever I pull Boris up at the side of the road or such and leave her ticking over for about 5 or 10 mins, whenever I then pull away again a cloud of blue smoke appears from the exhaust and then that's the end of it. It doesn't happen on over-driving (i.e: going down hill where th...

So, what terminal on the regulator/fusebox should I use for a clean power free for a radio (positive earth car with positive earth equipment). Well, that depends on if you need the unit to be on with or without the ignition. A quick glance at the wiring diagram or a quick prod with the multimeter w...

Well spotted Cam, about the ball nut. the rod moves towards the front of the car when pressing the lever I don't see how this can physically posibally occure if it's all set up as in the photos. :-? Hmmm, unless the pedal is getting depressed so much that the relay shaft is turning past it's normal ...
