My newly aquired V8 traveller.

Here is my latest Minor. It's a 1969 traveller that has had a V8 rover engine fitted 15 years ago. I bought it from an eldely doctor who says he doesn't use it much these days. It has a Tr6 steering and front axle. Borgwarner 3 speed auto box Cortina rear axle. I am currently trying to source 14&quo...

Re: 1956 traveller 'special'

I don't want to borrow it to move a sofa, believe me the lack of room will be no problem. I'll pick up the keys later.

Re: supercharged 1275 home brew. anybody fancy a blown minor?

Just took great delight in winning a little drag race with a modified honda civic complete with dustbin exhaust pipe, tinted windows, shopping list style stickers.
The young man driving it looked very put out after being beaten by a Morris Minor.

Now I've fitted the new exhaust, I'm not sure I like it, I may change it back soon, the car is just as n oisey at speed thanks to lack of sound insulation. I've got a big bit of thick celotex which I will put behind where the rear seat back should be.

Re: supercharged 1275 home brew. anybody fancy a blown minor?

Hello all that are interested, I bought the supercharged Morris!. The car now lives with me in Eastbourne and I have set about adapting it to my personal taste. The first addition is a carpet and a back seat for my dogs. To follow a quieter exhaust. (The current one is LOUD) Here's a picture of the ...
