Afternoon folks ,what a busy day ive had ,all positive :D , well thats the clutch issue sorted , i was mucking about with it today ,just kicking it over on the starter ,heard a lovely clunk ,after much fiddling with the adjuster arm and ree fitting the two big nuts ,hay presto 1 working morris minor...

Once its dry i will pop out have a go at it , ree fitting the 2 big nuts washer , which i did mention on my first posting ! , im off work this week so if weather improves then i will get stuck into it , i do hope it works !!! ...

No its not selecting gears unless you give it a rev inbetween gears after you have started it in1st gear by turning on the ignition it jumps into life , wit the exception of rev gear which it seems to slip into a bit easier,still with a good old crunch .?.

The clutch pedal at the moment is still very soft , with the car running on tick over it will allow you to select rev without too much resistance ?, im thinking its maybe clutch adjustment now could the clutch have freed off but due to wrong adjustment im not able to select forward gears as easy ?.
