hello after a long wait work has recommenced again! got the n/s front inner wing in place,the tie plate is almost ready to fit and the inner wing for the rear has arrived,hopefully it should not be too long now! [frame][/frame]

hello no its a liqui tilter,made in germany,purchased it over 19 yrs ago,although i still think there inproduction,its very well made,lifted my mk1 zephyr with ease! and shes not too light !!

floor almost compleate,inner wings for the ns should arrive soon so ill be able to get the ns finished...hopefully! [frame][/frame]

got some pannels for the ns on oredr now,made a start on the underside,scraping off 45 yrs of bitumin and other delights!! looks pretty sound a few repairs requied but otherwise pretty good!! [frame][/frame]

sadly its quite common, newer cars have a extra injection on the exhaust stroke to reduce nox,these are usually in conjunction with a soot filter in the exhaust system,these cars suffer from the oil level increasing as the oil becomes contaminated with fuel! we are currently recalling a certain swee...

hello managed to get the arch finished,and the lower quarter pannel done,although i did need to let in a new strip of steel as the corrosion from a older repair was so bad. [frame][/frame]

hello i would start with the earth strap,make sure its in good condition and secure as well as clean,if theres any resistance in this it will play havoc with the starting,my old landy was the same,clean the ht connections at the distributer cap and use a small ammount of vasalene,wd drys out too qui...

hello you can still get the braded type covering from specilist electrical suppliers ,auto sparks may still sell it,i got mine from them many years ago,try frost there quite good too.

odd thing this snow...all modern,or at least alot of modern cars with all the fancy traction control systems etc getting stuck!! and ive seen a morris traveller nearly every morning,trundling along no problem!! come to think of it i dont remember mine getting stuck,must be the wrong kind of snow!!

they do work,some manafactures used to fit them both to engines and gearboxes,not anymore!! ive used one for years on the filter housing of my zephyr( i restored her a few years back) and they work fine even on the steel type filter housings for paper elements.
