Cant really comment on whether getting a new engine is worth all that money, but after bringing all my stuff back to uni with the car packed up to the eyeballs with basically all my possesions, it certainly seems like more than a 50 mile trip(for me). I had called the AA 4 times in the four days pri...

Re: how far should i get on a tank of petrol?
im at uni so i dont really commute, more going to sainsburys! so lots of short trips weighed down with 4 hefty lads and alot of whiskey! also a reason for the poor MPG is that the vac advance is running a bit poorly, the rubber has perished and i cant find any moggy suppliers with them in stock! at ...

Re: how far should i get on a tank of petrol?
ok i did do the MPG work out and i got 32mpg calling it 200 on the cautious side, i think the difference between my estimation and how much fuel i actually had was due to only half filling it up several times and the compound error eventually meant i had more fuel than first thought! Ive tried earth...

The hockey sticks are held on by three nuts going through the wings, acessible from inside the wheel arch, just put full lock on the wheel and scrape away the road grime untill you find them!hope that helps! This is what it should look like without them, you can clearly see the holes through the win...

trouble with using a 555 is that the IC will not be able to cope with the voltage spikes and will need some type of regulation. what do people think to using one of these? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/5-L7805CV-LM7805-7805-5-volt-voltage-regulator-TO220_W0QQitemZ220488528390QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_BOI_Electr...
