find a scrapped van and cut out and re-weld in your van, or make your own but i personally would'nt want to make my own just in-case they wernt strong enough and you rolled it or something. maybe just bite the bullet and get some new weld in parts

It's a heavier version of the original design. I think jlh strengthen legs by welding webs inside,linking one side of the box section to the other, in preparation for their coilover suspension. what a big flop. my local b&q have stopped selling dremel parts so now cant actually cut anything :( if i order parts from ebay they will probs get here about tuesday wednesday =/ and considering im moving to wolverhampton for uni on the 3rd means i probably wont be able to finish the suspension...

:D PROGRESS!!! but no pics :( today i got the axle on leaf springs and got it all fixed on to the car and have started on the rear suspension, which is a little harder than i expected... going to be working on it flat out for the next week or so to get the rear suspension finished, got to cut out 4&...
