Thank you all for your help with this and thanks for responding so quickly. I'm a bit of a novice at this so I'll let you know how I get along.

I have my MOT booked for one week today and wouldn't you know it the drivers side indicators have stopped working. Front, back and the light on the stalk are all dead.
